About On The Verandah

For an enjoyable evening with great food, visit On The Verandah. Located in Highlands, North Carolina, we are an international cuisine and seafood restaurant serving delectable dishes from all around the world. Our two-generation family owned business has a chef with experience apprenticing in Hong Chong under recognized chef Troy Guard.

On the Verandah inspires with American fusion fine dining in Highlands' most scenic setting overlooking Lake Sequoyah. The fine cuisines of Asia, Europe, and the Americas are brought to you via the extensive travels of owners Andrew Figel and Marlene Alvarez.

Ingredients
We use the freshest locally grown ingredients available from our garden. Menu items include chicken, seafood, fresh fish and beef with OTV's signature flavorful sauces and spices. After dinner, indulge in one of our many desserts crafted by our pastry chef, Sid Jackson.

Sunday Brunch
Come sample a Highlands tradition. We host Sunday champagne brunches for only $28.00 from 11:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. Stop by the bar for a small plate, "shareable" appetizer, and a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine.

Drinks
Relax with friends after work over a refreshing drink. We are a Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast Award Winning Restaurant.
